Handelsbanken Wealth & Asset Management Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Handelsbanken plc. As part of the Handelsbanken Group, we operate in a culture that reflects the timeless values of trust and respect, for customers and colleagues alike.
As wealth advisers, we look to establish ongoing relationships with our customers who trust us to provide excellent financial advice for the long term. We are culturally very different to many of our peers. Our fee structure is transparent, we are focused on giving advice, not making sales, and our advisers do not work on commission or performance-based targets.
We genuinely believe in putting our customers first. With this in mind, our emphasis is on providing solutions and an ongoing service, not just selling pre-packaged products or offering quick, faceless consultations. We are driven by good customer service, prioritising keeping our customers happy and well-informed. Customers can choose how (and how much) they interact with us, and can access our services in a range of ways. As a result, we are proud to say that a significant proportion of our customers find us through referrals and recommendations.
We take an inclusive approach to building trust and understanding with all customers, including those less confident in financial matters as well as those who are highly investment literate. We also have strong links to the Handelsbanken branch networks, providing a safe pair of hands for those customers who rightly trust the Handelsbanken brand.
